Red Unity

So I had to get rid of some old malts. And came up with this irish-red IPA like recipe.




Brewlog
- Bottle ID 231 + Bottle ID 232 (Extra dryhop)
- ABV 5.6% (75% efficiency)
- IBU 27.5
- EBC 15
- Yeast: Fermentis SafAle-S04
- Fermentor target: ~30 liter
Mash scheme
Single infusion low temperature mash for a dry beer with brew bag and solar pump for recirculation.
